If you’ve gotten off track, or if you are just starting out, don’t fall into the trap of telling yourself “I’ll workout tomorrow” or “I’ll eat better tomorrow.” Because in reality, pushing it off a day makes it easier to push it off another day. What we do each day, gets easier the next. Whether that be eating healthy, working out, or making excuses. So what do YOU want to be easier tomorrow? xx
